• Website Design Agreement.. This is our starting point. We spell out clearly the work we will be doing for you, and the cost of doing that work. We also provide a reasonable completion date for your project. This agreement is examined by you, signed by both parties, and when you are happy the work can proceed.

• Live Test Bed Creation.. If your domain is live with a present site, we build your new site live, on an online test bed, so you are able to watch the building process each step of the way. We are in constant communication with you during the design process. If something is not coming together as you had hoped, adjustments are made. If we have purchased a new domain for you, the new website will be created on that domain, giving it as much "lead time" with the search engines as possible.

• Flexible Payment Structure.. Before work begins on your website, we require that you provide a 20% deposit based on your estimate. Once this, and your design agreement are received, work will begin. The balance is not due until the estimated completion date, and you are happy with the results. Once the website is paid for in full, you will have complete access to your files, and if hosting with us, complete access to your hosting control panel. If you prefer, we can arrange a payment schedule to fit your needs, and can accept a series of post dated cheques at the time of completion* (*this only applies to accounts we are hosting, if you choose to host elsewhere, website will be paid for in full, before you have access to your files)

• We respect your privacy.. We have never and will never provide your contact or information details to any third party for any reason..period. Payments made through our secure payment facilities are protected by an up to date SSL Certificate for your complete protection and privacy.
